i have frequent minor sore throats, i wake up feeling like a lump in my throat. lump goes away quickly and leaves a sore throat. nosebleeds that are followed by headaches. seems sinus related i'm always tired, always. and i have itchy skin here and there. it seems like tiny white blisters under my skin. mostly sticks to hands and feet. armpits too. i don't know how to fix anything. oh, and if i sratch the tiny blisters i get really dry patches whereever scratched. so dry and hard that the skin cracks severely.
