Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat With Flu Like Symptoms
I have had sore throat fever body ache no appetite flu like symptoms since yesterday with mucus build up on back of my throatI just puked mucus with a brown tan colored looking clot up with a Tad bit of blood but now don t feel as much mucus build up Should I be concerned and dehydrated

The general symptoms are indeed symptoms of Pharyngitis which may be due to viral or bacterial infection.
This can be confirmed by the following:
Consult your Doctor, preferably an ENT Surgeon for clinical exhibition.
Throat swab for lab - strep throat.
Test of blood for CBC, sugar.
All these will give an indication towards a proper diagnosis.
Anti-inflammatory medications.
Lozenges.
Antihistamine if required.
Antibiotic if there is any evidence of a bacterial infection.
Betadine Gargles.
All these will help to get your a cure.
Better to take bed rest.
