Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat & Flu

I had flu and sore throat 2 days ago and I ve always noticed a lump on the back wall behind my uvula and now when I try to swallow I feel it moving. I saw it before but it didnt trouble me, not sure of its that or soemthing else. I also noticed another tiny lump below that lump and its hard for me swallow. Pls help me

Upper respiratory tract infection can cause inflammation and lymph node swelling in the pharynx which can be seen in the posterior pharyngial wall sometimes with inflammatory exudates.
So, If I were your treating doctor I would have prescribed you a course of antibiotics with advise on salt water gargling and plenty of fluids for relief.
