Suggest Remedy For Severe Constipation And Blood In Stool
5 years ago i broghut a packet of croissants from the shop as i was eating them i noticed there was what looked like see through worms in the packet they were on my skin and went through my skin. my body came up all red and blotchy and i was really sick. i went to the doctors who referred me to the tropical disease hospital they took a stool sample which came back negative for worms. i was really sick for months and in my sick it looked like there were worms in it. since then i have suffered with severe constipation with the doctor trying me on loads on medicines. i now take lactulose and sennacot which work sometimes but i have got to the stage where my bowels become so badly blocked i cannot push any poo out and i have to use my fingers to get the poo out. i also have blood in my stools quite alot

First thing, I advise you to forget about the worm because it is not the case of worm, because you just saw the worm and that created the panic and you became too much conscious. Just have some trust on what the clinical and investigative reports came.
Now for the constipation, just low the stress, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, keep regular habit of going for defecation if it is not needed, you can even try Isabgol a stool softener powder.
