General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First, let me congratulate for your incoming baby.

It is normal for pregnant women to have back pain. That will be settled after you will give birth.

For the moment, I advise to :
- check for urinary tract infection through urine analysis
- take OTC pain killers
- apply warm clothing locally
- try not to stay for too long in standing position
- pregnancy exercises will help ease the pain too

All the best!
