Suggest Remedy For Severe PMS Symptoms While Off Microgynon
I was on microgynon 30 for about 1 year but stopped due to it giving me bad pms symptoms (sore swollen breasts, depression and irritability). I stopped it about 1 year ago and since stopping my pms symptoms are pretty much still the same. Before I started microgynon 30 I didn t really get much pms - it s like its messed up my hormones and now I m all imbalanced. Advice?

Hi, I think you should consult a gynecologist. You can try some SSRI for your pms symptoms. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Also you can try some yoga and meditation.
