Suggest Remedy For Red Spots And Small Bumps On Legs, Thighs, Chest And Buttocks
I have red spots and small bumps on my legs, thighs, chest and buttocks - more on the left side than the right. No itching. I ve been taking antihistamines for two weeks now to get rid of the rash . I notice it s worse in the morning than in the evening.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
