Suggest Remedy For Recurrent Stomach Cramps

i started thowing up a week ago and had really bad stomach cramps and running off at the stomach, but after a few days it went away. Now after it been a a couple weeks i started throwing up and getting some of the same symptoms i did last time, what could be the cause of this?

Hello,

Many causes for stomach cramps until examination it is difficult to say what it is. It may be due to gastritis, or PMS or IBS or DUB or dysentery or acute gastroenteritis etcetera.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid caffeinated drinks. Use mefenamic acid twice a day for five days. If pains severe please consult your doctor physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
