Suggest Remedy For Problem In Swallowing After Tonsillectomy

My wife has problems swallowing after tonsillectomy.She can t hardly eat anything except instant breakfast very thin pudding,and it s been 17 days after surgery .She gets weak from not eating.What she eats gets hung in her throat somehow.Recon whats going on?

hello, thanks for your query, 17 days of post tonsillectomy , persistent painful swallowing needs to be evaluated. it could be fear of pain for swallowing or some infection. kindly visit ur treating surgeon for further assessment , proper councelling and treatment. all the best. take care.
