Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Jaw

My son is experiencing pain in the lower jaw since yesterday and today he has started to feel a similar pain on the right side of his rib cage. It feels like a bruise, sensitive to the touch in both areas. He is 13 and has had no physical contact in the area and his teeth do not hurt.

Hello,
Gum disorders and dental cavities can be a cause.
As a first line management analgesics like paracetamol can be taken for pain.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
