Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling In Testicle

my boyfriends testicle is double the size of the other one and he is complaining about pain the shoots up to his lower abdomen. not going to lie but we had oral sex and i sucked on the one that bigger now and the day after is when he started having pain. what could it be

Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Traumatic Orchitis and funiculitis.
This is because the earlier day you sucked heavily on the swollen testes,which might have caused Hematocele with Orchitis and Funiculitis from Trauma of sucking on testes and spermatic cord.
USG of the Scrotum and Second opinion from Surgeon would fix the diaganosis.
Remedy-
Cold Compresses-
Rest with scrotal supports x 10 days
Tab Dicloran A-1 x 2times a day x 7-10 days
Tab Chymoral Fort x 2 times aday x 7-10 days
Tab Ciplox 500 mgm 1 x 2 per day x 10 days time
-SoS Tapping of the Hematocele -if pain is not relieved with medicines.
Re-asses the progress.If need be treatment need to be extended by another week-10 days time.
