Suggest Remedy For Maroon Stools With Gas, Bloating And Painful Stomach
Hi I ve had the flu for the past couple of days and so I haven t eaten or drunk much. But I passed maroon stool twice today - no blood on the tissue. I ve also been feeling quite gas-y, bloated and my stomach is now really hurting. I m just a little concerned about the colour of the stool as I have never had that before.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection. I recommend taking daily probiotics.
I also recommend using over the counter option for the bloating such as simethicone medication.
I suggest using Buscopan three tablets a day for stomach pain.
