I had a rash on my legs, (shin & thigh) for about 2 years ,itch then burning. It disappeared then came back on the palms and fingers of both hands for about 1 year, starting with little pin prick, itching then burning, sometimes raised like a insect bite which sometimes would weep. The skin felt like it was burning off , the old skin would become white and crust like. It would start over when this skin eventually fell off. I only have a small sign of it on my hands now, but I have a rash started on my upper arm and shoulder now, again the itch feels like I've been bitten, itches, becomes raised like a bite, only it doesn't have the burning sensation.
