Suggest Remedy For Gastric Problem Post Surgery

Hi Doctor,I'm 28 years old and 183 cms in height and I weigh 72 kgs. In 2006 I had a small surgery to remove a hammeroid in my intestine (very near to the Anus).After that the doctor advised me to take Cremaffin syrup for a month to ease the bowel movement. I'm Pretty sure only after that I started experiencing bloated stomach only in the evenings. There will be considerable amount of gas accumulation in the stomach in the evenings and gets relieved after passing gas. This happens irrespective of whether I take any food or coffee or avoid everything in the evenings. Could you please let me know what might be the cause of this?Note: I did not have this problem before the surgery even though I drank lot of coffee or tea.

problem , but possible causes are

- antibiotics or pain killers induced gastritis or ulcer .
- with helding of bowel movements due to fear of pain .
- restricted activities like walking , exercises .

manage accordingly .
