Suggest Remedy For Foul Breath

Help!!! I feel like i have a very foul breath, but it's coming from my nose, and only happens once every 10 minutes or so. I used to use a neti pot (for 2 yrs), but then stopped, because it wasn't really working. This sporadically stinky breath gives me a huge complex! I started avoiding social situations because of it, although sometimes I think I'm the only one smelling it (wishful thinking). How do I get rid of it? Thanks.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

It could be parosmia or just foul secretions in the nose.
In any case you need to get a CT PNS and a nasal endoscopy done as soon as possible and get back to me or any ENT with the reports so that a proper management can be done

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
