Suggest Remedy For Fluid Drainage In The Ears

I have had excessive fluid drainage in my ears for months and itching. I have seen 3 doctors(one ENT) and had been on ear/eye drops, steroid creme for swelling of the canal. All of which never worked. However in the last month the severe itching has gone away the swelling also and for a little while the drainage left too. But as of three days ago the draining of clear liquid is back. Most noticable at night. What would be my next step if this progresses?
