My daughter fell yesterday and hit her head behind her ear. She cried and we put ice on it. Then we had bath time and she went to bed and slept through the night. Today (the next day) she has been very sleepy and had a fever around 4:00pm. I gave her Tylenol and let her rest. Then we ate, bath time, and went to bed. She woke up around 10:00pm, vomited, and has a fever again. She is also complaining that her eyes hurt. Should I continue rest and hydration or take her to the hospital? I did call her primary care early today and she said that the fever was probably unrelated to the fall but that was before the vomiting.
