Suggest Remedy For Fatigue With Low Sugar Levels

I have nausea & fatigue almost constantly. The nausea seems to follow ANY type of fatigue at times diarrhea. I have hypothyroidism, levels in process of being checked. Frequently feel like blood sugar is low--that type of nausea. Some positive response to over the counter meds. Mostly positive response to sleep.

The symptoms you described are suggestive for adrenal insufficiency or low cortisol level.

To confirm it you need to check:
-Cortisol level at 8.00 a.m
-ACTH
-Elelctrolite (NA,Potassium,Cl)
