General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Systemic evaluation of the case is mandatory for persistent vomiting.

In my clinic, I recommend the patient for CT scan of abdomen & pelvis, Barium examination with contrast, diagnostic laparoscopy as per the case requirement.

Repeat evaluation for possible H. pylori infection is mandatory.

Continuous support with antiemetic, PPI with antacid syrup, stress control, diet measures are chief recovering points here.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
