General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Actually your mom is having possible septicemia condition from infection in bed sore which can involve kidneys and other multiple systems of the body.

The swollen pelvis can be a loaded colon, urine retention or another issue.

* She requires indoor treatment under expert surgeon and physician, the same can not be managed at home.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
