Hi,

Bed sore or decubitus ulcer is a chronic skin disease. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect management. Besides local cleansing with antiseptic and dressing with antibiotic cream, your doctor may provide oral treatment in the form of antibiotics, anti inflammatory drugs, immunoboosters...etc . Bedding should be water bed to enhance the improvement.

Hope this helps.
