Suggest Remedy For Ear Pain

a few weeks ago i went to a nightclub where the music was very loud such that we had to shout at each other to be heard. Since then I have had pain particularly in one ear and associated dizziness when moving my head to one side. I have been to GP and he says there is no infection in outer or middle ear and I only experience the dizziness when moving my head to one particular side, otherwise I am fine apart from the dull ache in that one ear

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello, thanks for your query, ear pain due to acoustic trauma( loud music) can occur due to injury to tympanic membrane or ossicular distruption. giddiness could be due to inner ear problem, where infection could not be seen , can be evaluated by an ent surgeon but not by gp. kindly visit an ent surgeon for father evaluation and treatment. all the best. take care.
