Hello,

As per your query you have symptoms of dysfunction in the ear with jaw pain which seems to post-surgical only. Need not to worry. I would suggest you consult ENT specialist for proper examination. The doctor may also check the bite plane as well to check TMJ movement and will start treatment accordingly. I would suggest you to
- Eat soft food and avoid wide opening of the mouth.
- Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.
- Apply warm compresses and do warm saline gargles.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
