Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms it seems that you are suffering from ACUTE TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT DYSFUNCTION leading to pain and restricted jaw movement..

It can occur due to a number of reasons like physical trauma to the jaw, teeth grinding or clenching habit, excessive muth opening like during yawning, laughing or during a long dental treatment session, excessive chewing gum chewing etc..

You should consult an oral physician and get a full mouth x-ray known as ORTHOPANTOMOGRM [OPG] done so that the exact cause can be ruled out and treated accordingly..

As of now continue doing warm compresses and take a higher painkiller like TRAMADOL and muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxasone..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
