Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Lethargy

For two days now I have felt dizzy, lightheaded...not quite right. On occasion there will be tingly feelings in my finger tips. I am unusually tired. I had blood work done several weeks ago. All looked good except an elevated ESR and today I had a friend take my blood sugar....is 88. ??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Feeling dizzy and lethargic can be due to anemia which makes ESR raised and tingly fingers. Same is possible in low vitamins n B12. Raised ESR is also possible in long standing infections (sinus, respiratory). I feel you need few more investigations if advised by your family physician after your health check up. It would help in specific prescription and management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
