Dear Dr Sir I have a question My husband is 38 years old and he is having problem while ejaculations it takes 45 minutes to ejaculate and some times he cannot so he get frustrate and he cannot bare that still he understand me. please help us. There are many causes for delayed ejaculation. Many medications like antidepressants, opium abuse, losing focus and wandering mind while thrusting, anxiety, and retrograde ejaculation are all possible causes. I have to find out what is the reason. then he will be all right. Second thing, is it the same while masturbating?
