What Causes Dry Orgasm While On Cystone?
Question: I'm taking cystone, urimax 0.4 and ston 1B6 medication for kidney stones. I have tried masturbation twice but no sperm ? Please help.

Based on the facts that you have posted your ultrasound scanning has revealed you to have small calculi in your Right kidney with hydronephrosis suggesting mid ureteric calculus ,
Accordingly your Dr has rightly prescribed Urimax to help to pass out the mid ureteric calculus
Urimax contains Tomsulosin which is smooth muscle relaxant and helps to dilate ureter .At the same time it relaxes smooth muscles in bladder neck and keeps it wide open .
During normal process of ejaculation bladder neck gets tightly closed while sphincter urethra opens resulting into passage of semen in forward direction to be expelled out through urethral opening .However whenever one takes Tomsulosin (Urimax) it relaxes smooth muscles in bladder neck keeping it wide open hence semen instead of passing forward into urethra goes backward through this open bladder neck in to bladder and gets mixed with urine what is called as Retrograde Ejaculation .This retrograde ejaculation is the reason for dry ejaculation (without semen being expelled outside through urethra opening ).
There is nothing to be worried about it. The ejaculation resumes to normal once you stop taking Urimax .
