Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea In Patients With Lactose Intolerance

My Gastroentologist gave me a test for Lactose intolerance and I scored 16. I was diagnosed as Lactose intolerant. I have diarrhea at least once a week. Today, I had a small greek salad with a little feta cheese, and some jalopenia hummus on a flatbread chicken sandwich with a green tea. within one hour of eating the food, I had massive diarrhea and almost didn t make it to the bath room in time.

Hello,

the return of the diarrhea was cause by the cheese in the salad. Cheese is a milk product and as such contains lactose. You body does not produce the enzyme which is responsible for the breaking down on lactose, so the unprocessed, lactose-containing food is dumped into the colon causing malabsorption, diarrhea, gas and pain.
In the future, please refrain from taking any milk products and or use substitutes.
All the best.
