Suggest Remedy For Constant, Frequent Gas Problem

I have constant gas all day. As in over fifty times a day. Wonderful. I can t hold them in, either. It s like I am unable to contract the muscles near my rectum. The problem is the frequency of the gas, and the smell doesn t help either. People always have to leave the room. It s been going on for half a year now. It started one day when I was under a lot of stress, and it just went on. Simethicone doesn t help at all. The gas forms at the lower half, it feels like.

It can occur due to number of causes like:
-Intake of certain foods..

-As you are doing regular workouts it is a good practice..
-You should also take walk after meals..

-Activated charcoal pills can be helpful..
