Suggest Remedy For Breathlessness While Being On Pyschiatric Treatment With All Tests Normal

I am having respiratory/ breathlessness problem since last 8 months. After investgations, no Asthama or heart problem.ENT report and all other tests are normal. Now i am under treatment of Psychiatrist from last 2 months. Theprescribed medicines are;- 1)Rexipra 10 mg: 1 - 1/2)Trika o,5mg: 1/2 in morning and 1 at night.3 Lifodep7.5 1 OD4) Sulpitac,50mg 1HS. 5) Etizolam O,5mg 1 OD> There is no visible improvement so far. I can understand your concern.
Since your all cardiac and Pulmonary tests are normal, no need to worry for major heart and lung related causes.
Uncontrolled psychiatric illness like depression, anxiety etc can cause breathlessness.
So in my opinion, better to consult another psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Counselling has a great role in psychological treatment along with drugs.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need newer psychiatric drugs.
So consult psychiatrist and discuss all these.
