I have have insect bites (Midges) which are coming up 24-30 hrs later as blisters. The blisters are spherical diameter approx. 1cm. This is occurring with 20%- 25% of bites. The rest are harder to touch (deeper in the dermis) but still have clear fluids. I am taking Anti-Histamine Tables 2x per day (double / high dose). Using barrier methods where practical (clothing, mossy mesh). I work with horses so can t get a way. I have moved to an new area 6 weeks ago. This has been happening ever since I moved to a new area 6 weeks ago. Should I see the doctor - Can he do anything? Are there any treatments I can do at home?
hi there. 1. your concern is papular urtricaria. 2. its a type of eczema. 3. you can try venuzia max moisturiser, use it twice daily apply it on wet skin. continue it even if there are no rashes. 4. use hhfudic cream on affected blisters, use it as on required. if there is no relief within couple of weeks, then you can have second opinion with a dermatologist near by you for further physical examination and further evaluation. this may help you.
