To search the cause many tests are required. You don t want any tests further so its ok. Just change your diet habit. Find out the diet that cause bladder spasm and avoid that. Go for regular voiding of urine. Pelvic floor strengthening exercise is also helpful. Drugs like tolterodine tartrate, oxybutynin chloride, darifenacin, oxybutynin, Prazosin, imipramine are used to treat bladder spasm.
