Suggest Remedy For Anxiety & Depression

Hi, I'm 6"1, 21 years old, 140 pounds, and have a family history of cronic depression and anxiety. A few years ago I was on citalopram for a good part of a year, it helped with my anxiety and depression quite a bit, but I decided to stop abruptly because I felt it made me feel like a zombie. The only problem now is a year later, I'm back to being depressed and anxious about everything. What should I do?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you should try some another antidepressant like paroxetine or venlafaxine. Everything antidepressant has few side effects, but in your case, you need antidepressant. In that case, you should consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
