Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain

hi I have been having lower abdominal pain that is tender to touch off and on for the past 5 days. I have also been having what feels like menstrual cramps off and on as well. The abdominal pain seems to be worse when I am eating as well. I am currently in mid cycle. What do you think is wrong?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Pain in abdomen , which increases on touch has to have an internal problem.
This may be due to intestinal infection of any reason.
Ultrasonography may tell us the reason.
A course of an antibiotic is a must to start with.
