For worst teeth alignment you should go for fixed orthodontic treatment, as it will take atleast 1 year for the treatment depending on the condition of the tooth, and after the treatment you have to wear a retainer for sometime and teeth will be properly aligned.

1.Ceramic Braces
The main advantage is , it is tooth coloured brackets.so it is not visible even from a distance of 1metre.To make it even more luxurious, even the wires used in orthodontics are also available in tooth colour.
2.Self ligating braces
There is no need for seperate elastics to secure the orthodontic wire in place.Specially designed self ligating brackets will automatically secure the wire in place.It is good for crowded teeth.Even when you miss an appoinment, it is manageable.It is available in both metal and ceramic.
3.Lingual braces
The main advantage is , it is totally placed on the inner surface ( facing the tongue) of the teeth.So no one
Can identify that you are wearing a braces throughout your treatment time.Doctor can customize the brackets for your individual teeth.
4.Clear aligners
This is totally out of normal orthodontics.In this they will give many sets of removable cover like transparent trays for your teeth..You need to periodically change the trays in order as advised.The main advantage is ,it is removable.But if you fail to wear regularly , the next tray wont fit properly.This treatment wont work for all types of orthodontic problem.Orthodontist will tell you whether It works for your problem.
