Please type your query here...i am from india and living as afemale with genital organ problem.Genetically I am male(46xy).I have external testis in labio-scrotal fold,there is also blind vaginal pouch.Myurethra is like a female(hypospadiasis)My penis is too short, in erect condition length is 2inches while girth is 2inches at base.mentally Ifeel like male.Sir i wana be complete male. You are living in India. Gender reassignment surgeries or reconstructive surgeries in India are cheapest in the world. If you are planning a surgery in Plastic surgery department of a government hospital it will cost approx 1 Lakh in INR. I can suggest few good govt hospital if you will share your address. Private hospitals will cost around 3-5 lakhs INR, basically it depends on the class of the hospital. Recently there are lots of new flap surgeries have been invented which are showing good promising results. You do not worry as you are genetically male and wanted the same gender physically too. Results of your surgery will be much better and satisfactory.
