Brief Answer:
No medicine will help to dilate the urethra.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

You had a Hypospadias since birth and was operated 3 weeks back and your Dr has advised Dilatation every month .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on you.
1) Can you precisely state whether you had Glandular Hypospadias ,Coronal Hypospadias or Peno Scrotal Hypospadias ?.
2) What was the nature of surgery .Was it a Meatoplasty or Major surgery involving urethral reconstruction ?( This should have been explained in your discharge summary.)

Generally repair of Hypospadias surgery is done in early childhood so I think you had Glandular Hypospadias and a surgery of Meatoplast might have been done

Use for frequent and regular dilatation suggest that you have post operative narrowing of either meatus or urethra needing frequent dilatation .

There is no medicines of any faculty of medicine that can resolve the problem ..
It will get stabilized after regular dilatation for few months .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
