Hi,

Pink and red vaginal discharge might be due to vaginal bleeding and this is not a common finding with thrush infection.

Bleeding after intercourse can happen with infections other than thrush. You will need a gynecological examination and possibly some tests to rule out infection or other problems.
I would recommend you cervical samples for chlamydia and gonorrhea and a pap smear. Your doctor might also ask for a transvaginal ultrasound.

According to the test results the doctor will be able to determine the best treatment for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
