Suggest Remedies For Semen Defect With Only 3% Rapid Progression

I'm Arfan from pakistan.I'm 43 years old.I hve married for 13 years but still childless.My semen reports show head,tail and mid defects of sperms. and only 3% are rapid progreesive while the rest are slow progressive.Please guide me in this regard. Thanks

Please get the following tests done
1- Semen Analysis after 1 day gap
2- Colour Doppler of scrotum for Varicocele
3- Antosperm Antibodies
4- Semen Culture and Sensitivity
