Suggest Remedies For High Fever And Cold

hello i am over seas my son is 4 years old and his temperature is about 39.8 celsius whatever that is.he got a nasty cold 1 day ago.should i look for some emergency personal,or i should wait a day ot two with conventional medicine such as tylenol..etc ? thank you in advance..

Hi,
for getting symptomatic relief from fever and cold, give him some decongestant, anti-pyretic medicine like Wikoryl plus as needed.
Give him enough water and keep him well hydrated.
If temperature persisted, then consult your doctor.
