Hello,

You may be suffering from food Intolerance or Irritable bowel syndrome. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, caffeinated drinks, regular exercise and yoga. Also, avoid Dairy products and gluten contains food.

Use tablet Normaxine twice a day for five days. Use probiotics twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
