A couple days ago I had sex (no condom) w a girl that was in the end stages of her period. But there was (unnexpected bleeding) which got all over my penis

the bumps: many tiny close together skin-colored hardly noticeable bumps on the tip of my penis and the area of the uncercumcized skin and not the shaft. They do not itch, are not painful, and are not big enough to contain any puss or liquid.

I am freaked out and concerned because I don't recall seeing anything like this before and this is the first time I have had unprotected sex with this girl.

further details: I do not believe I showered until 24 hours after the event - there was significant bleeding (un-anticipated as the period was supposed to have ended) - I have a dry penis maybe due to cheap bath soap and I always put lotion on my penis after showering, this time it was olive oil
