Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.

The normal range of Thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb)is

If the cause of a disease is a autoimune process this means that there is not a permanent solution because it is a process in which the body's immune system attacks and destroys himself.

My advice is to repeat one more time TSH,Free T3 and freeT4 because it is very important to understand your actual thyroid function is hypo or hyperthyroidism. It is helpful for the differential diagnosis.

Hope i have answered to your question.
Wish you good health.
