I have no medical insurance, so I am trying to deal with PCOS and ovarian cysts at home. I had a cyst removed last year and they seem to just keep coming back. For the last month it has become almost unbearable. I don't want to keep having cysts removed nor do I want to continue being in pain. What can I do to alleviate pain besides doping up on pain killers or having surgery all the time?
