Hello dear
Understand your concern
Yes you can use use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill after checking intrauterine pregnancy by USG under medical supervision. Self medication use at home is prevented as it cause serious complication that can not be controlled at home.
Direction of use of abortion pill:
Day 1: 600 mg mifepristone orally
Day 3: 400 ug vaginally (should be put high in vagina). If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour
Day 14: USG to confirm retain bit of pregnancy.
Bleeding just more than period with blood clots and tissue and abdominal cramps starts 30-45 minutes after last pill and whole abortion process will compete in 5-6 days.
Yes abortion pill is safe in your case if you done under observation.
Avoid stress and take rest, healthy diet with iron supplements
Hope this may help you
