General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The infection of intestine is responsible for this diarrhea, vomiting. As there is 5 days period, child`s cry is week; it indicates compromised hydration levels.

Child requires immediate hospital admission with pediatrician to get IV fluids, anti-emetics, and antibiotics to cover up the situation faster.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
