i am 18 and i am underweight,
i feel exhausted and have thin stools which are irritating......i have diahorrea occasionally ...too but there is no blood in my stool. but the stool is neither hard nor ver loose. and mostly dark coloured but sometimes lightbyellow too.

I really appreciate your concern, what the consistency of the stool is there could be normal one and it is nothing to worry about this because it is all depends upon the diet you take, you have not mentioned the weight that you have, if it is below the normal range then eat more calorie contained diet hope this information helps.
