Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

Total hysterectomy is a major surgery and a lot of females develop hormonal changes after the surgery. A lot of woman suffer anxiety attacks, panic, hot flushes etc symptoms.
In most of females hormone therapy result in improvement from symptoms. But if symptoms persist even with therapy then psychiatric treatment is advised.

Medicines like Duloxetine, Paroxetine etc are very useful in anxiety related to hormonal changes.

Try relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation to keep yourself calm.

Consult a psychiatrist for opinion.

Thanks
