Hi,

Seroxat contains paroxetine which belongs to the group of antidepressant medications known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) is used to treat depression, anxiety disorders such as panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety disorder etc. Side effects of Seroxat are uneasiness, acidity, mood swings, sweating, agitation etc.

Its other side effects are dizziness, sensory disturbances, headache, changes in sleep pattern, visual disturbances, tremor, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, irritability, confusion, stomach upset, dryness of mouth, drowsiness, nervousness, restlessness, nasal irritation, fatigue, tiredness, weakness, allergic reactions etc. If these side effects persist for long or bother you, then you should consult your doctor first for medical attention. Despite having side effects, you should not stop taking medication abruptly without informing your doctor first.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
