Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!I am glad to attend you!

I reviewed the therapy prescribed by your doctor and would agree with some of these drugs. You should know that the pain in your limbs and headaches are common symptoms after a stroke. Your current therapy is focused in the prevention of future strokes or seizures.
The headache, could be tension type, related to your current situation and the psychological stress.
The pain in the limbs is common and it is related to the damage in the central nervous system. Physiotherapy is the main drug to help improve the pain and the motor force in these limbs.
An antidepressant may help improve your situation, but it may lead to increased risk for seizures. For this reason, I would not recommend any other drugs for the moment.
It is necessary to try to be active and optimistic. Everything will get better in the coming months. You should just have faith and try to be active.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
